Return / Refund Policy

In order to process a return or an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization.

We accepts returns and exchanges within 7 DAYS of delivery. The returned items must be received in new, unused condition.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We offer easy returns & exchanges on all orders. To return an item, please contact us and we will generate a return authorization for you. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging with tags. We also need unboxing video, for us to proceed, without it anything won’t be entertained. To complete an exchange, items are eligible for free exchanges on size or model issues for the same product.

Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your previous item. If your return is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup for you. However, in case if pickup Pincode is unserviceable or Pickup fails, you are going to have to self-ship to us.

REFUNDS 

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a comprehensive quality check to determine its eligibility for a refund. The product will be inspected for the following:

  1. Condition Check: The item must be unused, with no signs of wear or damage.
  2. Original Packaging and Tags: The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
  3. Unboxing Video Validation: The unboxing video provided will be reviewed to ensure proper product receipt and condition.
  4. Product Functionality: We will test the product to confirm it is in full working order, without any defects caused post-delivery.
  5. Accessories or Parts: All accompanying accessories or parts must be returned and in good condition.
  6. No Alterations or Repairs: The product must not have been altered, repaired, or modified in any way.
  7. Correct Item: We will confirm that the returned item matches the original purchase details.

Once the item passes these checks, we will process the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after the item has passed validation. If more than 5 business days have passed and you still don’t see your refund, please reach out to us at help@indivendors.com  for further assistance.

INVALID REASONS FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

  • No Purchase from Website: Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Indivendors’ website. Items bought through third-party sellers or other platforms are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Return Window Exceeded: The return request is invalid if it is made after 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Item is Used or Damaged: Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. If the item shows signs of use, wear, or damage, the return request will not be accepted.

  • Original Packaging Missing: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Missing packaging or tags will invalidate the return.

  • No Unboxing Video Provided: An unboxing video is mandatory for processing any return or refund. Failure to provide this video makes the request invalid.

  • Improper Exchange Request: If the customer requests an exchange for a product model or size different from the original item ordered, it is not eligible for free exchange, and the request may be rejected.

  • Unauthorized Return: If the customer does not first contact Indivendors for a return authorization, any items sent back without approval will not be accepted for a return or refund.

  • Improper Behavior: Requests made under aggressive, threatening, or improper behavior may be invalidated, and further action could be taken.

  • Duplicate Orders: If the return request is due to placing duplicate orders by mistake, it will be invalid.

  • Wrong Address for Prepaid Orders: If a prepaid order is returned due to the customer providing the wrong address, the return/refund request will be considered invalid.

  • Buyer No Longer Wants the Item: If the return request is made because the buyer no longer wants the item, it will not be considered valid for a return or refund.

  • Buyer Changes Their Mind: Requests made due to a change of mind after purchase are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Disliking the Color or Design: Requests made because the customer does not like the color or design of the item, despite it matching the product description, will not be considered valid.

  • Delay in Delivery: A return or refund request due to dissatisfaction with the shipping time, if the item was delivered within the stated delivery timeframe, will not be accepted.

  • Found the Product Cheaper Elsewhere: If the customer finds the product at a lower price elsewhere after purchasing, it does not qualify for a return or refund.

  • Gift Returns Without Proof of Purchase: Items that were purchased as gifts but lack proof of purchase or a return authorization will not be accepted for return.

  • Wrong Size Ordered by Customer: If the customer ordered the wrong size and wants a refund instead of an exchange, it will not be eligible for a return.

  • Personal Preference Changes: Requests based on personal preference changes, such as wanting a different model or product after receiving the item, will not be considered valid.

  • Minor Imperfections: Small manufacturing imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the product are not grounds for a return or refund.

  • Product Doesn't Match Unreasonable Expectations: If the customer had unrealistic expectations not aligned with the product description, their request will be invalid.

  • Attempted to Fix or Alter the Product: If the customer has tried to alter, repair, or modify the product, it will not be eligible for return or refund.

  • Delayed Use of the Product: If the customer delays using the product and discovers issues beyond the return window, the request will be invalid.

 

CANCELLATIONS 

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If the order has already shipped, we would be unable to stop the package.
